Sunchoke Healing

Part II of the Sunchoke Healing Project (above). Based on research on the relationship between the sunchoke and the gut's microbiotic bifidobacteria, this gestural representation of the exchange between these two organisms creates a soothing mist that restores the gut to its healthy state.
